You don’t always feel like a big menu, sometimes it’s fine to just eat something light, such as a plate of frutti del mare pasta, salted fish, or a tapas menu that you can enjoy with your loved ones, it depends on the plans you have for that day.

Tapas
The well-known “tapas” are an essential element of Spanish culture, one of the main features of its gastronomy. Tapas are generally small amounts of food that are served in bars to accompany a drink.

Paellas
Although paella is undoubtedly one of the ambassadors of Spanish cuisine, its variants can be as many as there are grains of rice. Some of the variants that we can prepare: Paella with seafood, Paella of black rice with monkfish gratin and saffron, Lobster Paella, vegetables, meat, mixed Paella, etc.

Barbecues
It is known that food prepared on the open grill has a particular flavour, a special magic, which invites you to meet and enjoy even in hot months. Meat is usually the protagonist, but other foods can also show off, like fish, seafood or vegetables.

Mexico
Diversity is the essential characteristic of Mexican cuisine. The common denominator of such gastronomies is the use of corn and chili and beans, Ever-present jitomato, in its various forms and varieties.

Italy
Italian cuisine is synonymous with freshness. All the food with which the most typical dishes of this culinary style are prepared with, are fresh, demonstrating its exquisite flavor in each bite.

Asian
The Asian cuisine is usually somewhat spicy, but with an intense mix, full of flavours and smells. It is characterized by its complex balance of bitter, salty, sweet and spicy flavors.

Wine tasting
Tasting a wine is subjecting it to our senses, particularly taste and smell, to determine its quality. However, we must not forget that sight, touch and even listening, also play a role in tasting. For this reason, tasting a wine consists of analyzing it visually, with its aromas and sensations in the mouth.

Blind food
It is a gastronomic experience in which all the diners interact with each other along with a waiter, who will act as a narrator and guide at all times. The dynamics are simple! Diners eat with their eyes covered by a mask and they will enjoy a surprise menu, totally unknown.
