My name is Steven Sinnwell, of German nationality, Chef by profession for 20 years and resident in Ibiza since 2007. In my career as a chef, I have trained in several restaurants such as “Gaestehaus Klaus Erfort” 3 * Michelin and in “Villa Weißmueller” in Saarbruecken, both in Germany.
Since then I have been able to considerably expand my knowledge and skills in Mediterranean cuisine, kitchen management and organization of large events. The restaurant “El Pato” with associated catering and the restaurant “The Beach by Hotel Ushuaia Beach Ibiza” were 2 of my stations, which had a very positive influence on my career.
For a few years I have been working in the kitchen privately, which means that I can offer my clients an exclusive and personalized service, caring for and valuing the product and, at the same time, merging it with other types of cuisines from around the world. This is so, thanks to all the gastronomic experiences that I have acquired in my life and in my travels.
Good service, the best quality, discretion and commitment are the key values that I pride myself on.
For me, it is more than cooking, it is offering a gastronomic experience, always taking care of the details and preparing the dishes with top quality raw materials, obtaining as a result an honest kitchen adapted to your needs.
